By WISH – May 15, 2023
As we move through Spring, we wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for your recent generous support. Throughout the months of March and April, we received a great deal of contributions from members of our community, individuals and organisations alike, helping us to make a real impact in the lives of the women we serve.
Thanks to this, we have been able to continue providing counselling and therapy services, as well as offering practical support such as employment training and assistance with managing finances in the cost of living crisis, and accessing benefits.
We are grateful for receiving product donations, such as toiletries, clothing, and food items. These have helped us to provide our service users with the basic necessities that they need to live their lives with dignity and self-respect. We could always use more if you have a few spare ones around the house. Just send them to our office.
A few of our recent supporters:
This is the Remix, a mental health clothing brand have generously created a WISH Tshirt with all the profits being donated to support our work. The brand’s mission is to help women who have experienced trauma find community, healing, and strength through fashion and we are so happy for this partnership.

“Navigating through personal experiences of harassment and the justice system, I’ve come to deeply value and align with WISH’s mission. My Phoenix collection for this spring/summer, features the grit and grace of 14 women who’ve restarted their lives against all odds. Their journeys have been transformed into empowering quotes, printed on a versatile range of clothing. This collaboration with WISH is the embodiment of my dreams – a fusion of fashion and social justice. I’m thrilled to announce that on Monday, May 29th, I’ll be hosting a giveaway of our collaborative t-shirt on my Instagram stories at @thisistheremix.uk. I eagerly anticipate offering my full support to this cause and can’t wait to share the power of resilience and recovery with all of you through this special collection and the upcoming giveaway.”
